*** IMPORTANT ***:

• Booking during "high season" is minimum one week stay Fri - Fri rentals. Any longer that one week must be booked in one week increments. No weekday check ins or check outs. Check in after 4pm on a Friday, and check out the following Friday by 10am.
• Booking during "low season" options of a weekday ( Mon - Thurs - check in after 4pm, and check out by 10am Fri ). And then weekend ( Fri - Sun - checkin after 4pm Fri and check out by 10am Mon).
• No pets and no smoking.
• Maximum number of occupants is 8.
• All linens and towels provided at no extra cost.
• Bring own drinking water (3-18L bottles will be provided).
• Noise restriction after 11 PM.
• We may receive your cottage rental application during an already existing rental transaction that's in progress. We apologize for any inconvenience this may present.
• There is an active railway track adjacent to the cottage. (Show Photo)
• For your convenience, garbage and recycling will be removed for you at the end of your stay.
• A deposit will be required to hold your reservation.
• Our preferred method of payment is E-Transfer.
